No. Sending limits and gradual volume increases do not guarantee delivery, prevent account restrictions or replace recipient consent. Gmail sending remains subject to Google’s policies and OAuth verification.
If you send from a custom domain on Google Workspace, yes — these DNS records tell inbox providers your mail is legitimate and are the single biggest lever on deliverability. Google Workspace enables SPF and DKIM easily; adding a DMARC record on top is recommended. Plain @gmail.com addresses are already covered.
