Connect Gmail for permission-based sending
Authorize your sending account and keep recipient permission separate.
What FluxLeads requests
Google sign-in identifies your account. The gmail.send permission lets FluxLeads send the sequences you configure. It does not let FluxLeads read incoming messages or automatically detect replies.
Before your first sequence
- Connect your own Gmail account.
- Add recipients who explicitly opted in and record their consent.
- Write the sequence, check personalization and use the test button to send a preview to your own signed-in email address.
- Review sending times and check your inbox for replies.
Sending requirements
Follow Google’s applicable sender requirements, including authentication, avoiding unwanted mail and honoring unsubscribes. Custom-domain senders must configure the applicable DNS authentication with their domain administrator. Rate limits and gradual sending do not replace permission or guarantee delivery.
Google verification
Google may display an unverified-app warning until the required OAuth review is complete. FluxLeads does not claim Google approval. Product controls alone do not establish approval.
