Permission-based email
Record recipient consent
Send only to people who explicitly requested commercial emails from your business.
What counts as an opt-in?
A recipient must explicitly agree to commercial emails from the sending business. A signup form with a clear choice, a separate marketing checkbox at checkout, an event form opt-in, or a written request can provide evidence. A purchase alone, a public address, a business card, a scraped list or a purchased list is not that agreement.
Record the evidence
- Select the actual source of the opt-in.
- Record the date and time of the recipient’s agreement, not the import date.
- Provide a reference that lets you retrieve the original evidence, such as a form submission ID and the wording accepted.
- Confirm the record is accurate. Keep the original evidence and be ready to provide it for review.
FluxLeads validates the required fields, but cannot independently authenticate a sender’s evidence reference. Fabricating consent is prohibited. Your Google connection is permission to send from your account, not permission to contact a recipient.
Existing contacts
Contacts without recorded consent are paused. Record their existing opt-in evidence, review the sequence, then explicitly resume. Never invent an opt-in to restart a campaign. If no consent exists, do not send a sequence to that address.
