Respect unsubscribe preferences
One opt-out stops future sequence emails from the sender’s FluxLeads account.
What the recipient sees
Every sequence email includes an unsubscribe link and the List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers. The recipient does not need to log in. Clicking the link or using a supported mail client’s one-click action records the opt-out.
What gets blocked
The opt-out applies to the recipient address across the sender’s sequences and connected mailboxes in that FluxLeads account. The separate preference record survives deleting and reimporting the contact. You cannot clear it through the contact editor or Resume action.
Timing and replies
The sender checks the record again just before submitting a message to Gmail. An email already accepted by Gmail cannot be recalled. Reply detection is not automatic: FluxLeads requests send access only. Check Gmail for replies and pause a sequence yourself when appropriate.
